Additional Purchases
Each Suite is furnished with items you can purchase, such as coffee mugs, wine glasses, wine chiller, cutting boards, robes, down coverlets, towels, etc. Please check with the our office to arrange your purchase of these items. All chargeable items removed from the Suite will be billed to your credit card.
Rates Policy
Daily rate information is quoted per Suite, based upon double occupancy. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover. Cash is accepted with a credit card on file.
Reservations
Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome. It is best to book weekends well in advance.
Check in/Check out Policy
Check in is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or by arrangement if extended hours are required. Check out by 11:00 a.m. on the date of your departure.
Payment Policy
One day stay – Full payment is required at the time of Reservation.
Two or more day stays – Payment for one night is required at the time of Reservation, and the balance is due upon Check-in.
Cancellation Policy
The Inn at Hermannhof requires a minimum 10-day notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date. If you cancel prior to 10 days of your reservation date, a 90% refund will be provided to your credit card. A 10% fee is charged to cover bookkeeping.
If you cancel within 10 days of your reservation date, a 50% refund will be provided to your credit card. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your reservation date, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, which will be charged to your credit card, unless the Suite can be booked by The Inn at Hermannhof staff.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is two people per room, except for Christina's Room in the Weinert Haus and Wagner Suite in the Berger Grass Haus. Prices for these two suites are based on two person occupancy. Additional fees apply to the third or fourth guest.
A two-night minimum is required for the first four weekends in October.
Age Requirements
All primary guests must be at least 18 years of age.
Children
Hermannhof has two suites that will accommodate a family with children - Christina's Room in the Weinert Haus sleeps a max of four people and the Wagner Suite in the Berger Grass Haus sleeps a max of three people. Prices for these suites are based on two person occupancy. Additional fees apply to the third or fourth guest. All other Hermannhof suites have a two person max occupancy. Our accommodations were not designed with children in mind, however children are welcome.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the Inn at Hermannhof.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items resulting from their stay.
Smoking Restrictions
The Inn at Hermannhof is a smoke-free environment for our guests. A $250 Room Recovery fee will be charge to your credit card for smoking in your Suite. This policy is strictly enforced for the comfort of all of our guests.
