Hermannhof Haus Wineries are located on East Hill offering sweeping views to the river and the Hermann historic district. All Haus Wineries have been painstakingly restored to capture the character and appeal of the 1800s.
Each haus features individual Suites with bedroom/sitting rooms and luxury baths. With shared entry halls, several can accommodate families or those traveling together, making the entire haus your own private dwelling. A number of Suites feature fireplaces or “wood burning” period stoves, some in both bedroom and bath. Heated flagstone floors make a stay in the vintage wine cellars unique.
Re-milled old growth southern pine plank floors gleam on the main floors and dormer suites. Hand crafted doors, both inside and out, reflect the heritage of German design.
Standing seam copper roofs provide a mellow contrast to the warm stone facades and spacious flagstone terraces.

This gracefully restored structure was built in 1860 in its current location. With three Suites on the main level, the Weinert Haus Winery offers an ideal setting for families or groups traveling together. The fireplace in the Sitting Room of the Joseph Weinert Suite is an inviting place to enjoy a glass of Hermannhof's award winning wine. The cottage garden just outside of Theresa's Garden Suite is an ideal vantage point of historic Hermann. Note: Available as four individual Suites, room combination rental or as a whole haus with a shared entry hall.

A historic haus winery relocated from west of Hermann, the Fleish Haus Winery has been carefully reconstructed, stone by stone in its new location. Each Suite is uniquely appointed with antique furnishings, quilts and one of a kind accessories. This charmingly restored haus is an original structure. Historically significant as one of the first timber frame homes built in Hermann in the 1840’s. The Blust Haus Winery is located at the top of the Himmelstreppe (the Stairway to Heaven). Note: Available as two guest suites or as the whole haus.
